Return Process

Refunds

• Processing: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
• Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Most customers receive their order within 4–5 business days.

We offer $5 flat-rate shipping anywhere within the United States.
